Gasoline prices in UAE

• Super 98 petrol will cost Dh2.69 a litre
• Special 95 petrol will cost Dh2.57 per litre
• E-Plus 91 petrol will cost Dh2.50 a litre, compared to Dh2.51 a litre in July.
• Diesel  Price is Dh 2.78.

Petrol, diesel and other fuel prices play an important role in influencing inflation and in transportation cost and in the prices of other goods under control which help in  stable petrol rates. The country  UAE continues to rank among the 25 countries with the lowest petrol prices globally with an average of Dh2.58 per litre.Gasoline prices in the UAE remain often constant but recent some months there are some changes have been observed. Even a small increase or decrease in Gasoline prices can have an impact on other industries.
Oil prices are considered often the key to the increase or decrease of the inflation as the increase or decrease in the gasoline prices can impact living costs and the costs of finished products.

Inflation in UAE 

 In the UAE the inflation  stood at 1.4 % in the first quarter of 2025 which is largely due to declining energy prices. The Central Bank has revised its inflation forecast for 2025 slightly downward from the 2 % to 1.9 %.This revision is attributed to the continued decrease in transportation costs. 

Petrol prices in July were influenced primarily by concerns over global trade tariffs. However the  crude oil futures rebounded last week on optimism surrounding progress in US trade negotiations.
